I know DMC3 Special Edition is almost exclusively red label, but black labels are out there so it doesn't really count. I think I remember one of the Silent Hill games having exclusive content? What are some others?

The third versions are the GOTY/Player's Choice version of the game.

Pokemon Crystal was good because it actually did have some additions, and it actually came out less than a year after Gold/Silver. The other ones come out 2+ years after the original. Fuck waiting, but at least it allows you to transfer your Pokemon over if you want to replay the game.
