Came into this thread expecting someone to have posted the Super Butoden arranged OSTs, not disappointed.
The Super Gokuden games also have great arranged CDs, but sadly I don't think they're on youtube. I should upload them.

It's good too. I didn't remember it was in Final Bout, that game reused a lot of tracks from the SNES games.
The arranged version from the OST CD of super gokuden is also great, but I can't find it on youtube.

>And as usual you get Yamamoto in its prime
Fuck yes, the Gokuden soundtrack is amazing.
This is also probably the comfiest menu music

I also like to play the Gokuden games as an alternative to the manga. It's weird because it doesn't really have that many action graphics, most of them are profile pictures (many many of them, making characters very expressive), ala VN.
But somehow it nails the feel of the manga pretty well. Battles are alright, you can make the game fun if you want to fuck around with the custom moveset. Otherwise you can spam the strongest attack and you'll rarely fail.
And yes, all the alternate scenarios are fun to see. I still haven't unlocked them all.
I also like the detail of being able to see the manga covers on the menu screen.

Yeah, I know.

I still enjoyed it but some of the quizes were hard to make anything out of due to the bad translation.

The OST was amazing.

Most Dragon Ball games had great soundtracks, Kenji Yamamoto was great doing arrangements.

He also released arranged albums for most of the games. Super Butoden 2 is probably my favorite work of his, Butoden 3 is also excellent.

Here's a track from the arranged album of Super Gokuden, the ending theme with vocals.

Singer is Kuko, who also did other vocal works for Yamamoto and Project Monolith on the Hit Song Collection CDs, which are a must listen if you like the DBZ vidya music.

This ending theme is rather nice but there's better tracks on the album, they're just not on YT.
It has nice suite arrangements like on the Butoden OST.
