Wtf - I just discovered that Duke Nukem 20th Anniversary uses the SC-D70 music packs as the soundtrack (albeit a highly compressed version), and Megaton uses the SC-55 music packs. Most of the songs sound better in SC-55, but this song in particular sounds better in SC-D70:
