and those specif ones(saloras and nokias made in late 90's - 2000 or later) also are mostly likely PAL 50HZ only, the widescreen ones apparently are better ones(60hz support) as they were "high-end" ones, but the cheap ones are shit, if you want to play 60hz games.

Suomessa valmistetut, ainakin halvemmat ja vanhat telkkarit ei tykkää 60hz/ntsc:ästä yhtään. Poikkeksia toki voi olla mutta en ota riskiä Saloran/Nokian/Finluxin paskoista jos et pysty kokeilemaan ennen ostoa/paikanpäällä tai jos ntsc/60hz tuen puuttuminen ei haittaa. Googleta mallinumero jos sattumalta löytyy jotain tietoa. Muista myös että täysin samoja(ainoa ero logo telkkarin edessä) telkkareita myytiin monen merkin alla. Esimerkkinä webMissä oleva jotka myytiin Nokiana ja Finluxina joka ei synkkää 60hz kanssa ollenkaan.
TL;DR nobody can tell you unless they had that same exact model and tested it.

Getting color to tv that shows ntsc compsite in B&W can be bypassed with using RGB scart cable(if the console actually outputs RGB and NOT composite via the scart cable, scart connector can carry multiple signals), or with Koryuu Transcoder+ RetroTINK Comp2RGB Transcoder, its stupid, expensive and a lot of hassle, but it works, with no quality loss and doesn't add any input lag.

Yes but it does not guarantee that it syncs to 60hz or even to pal60. Its rare but sometimes you lose the gamble.

On mine I get a rolling/jumping picture, see the webM. On my other TV it syncs, but its in back&white, which can be fixed by using RGB scart cable or with Koryuu Transcoder+retrotink Comp2RGB if composite is the only option.
