Yeah, I think Archie was exclusively a US thing. The UK had their own Sonic comic with a completely different lore, original characters, and way of incorporating game stuff into the comic.
I don't know how to calculate their autism into the objective universal autism measurement system, though. They focused on different characters too but also other Sega games, but eventually got snuffed out by the early 00's.

Oh and just for balance's sake, I'm not nearly as familiar with the Fleetway comic but I'm aware it also has some pretty fucking out-there shit, like the time a unicorn man tested Tails' moral character by giving him a sniper rifle and telling him to assassinate Robotnik JFK-style (Tails refused to do it and passed the test)

He's also aware that, in other timelines, Tails is the REAL hero of the series.
