This is from /t/, search for it in there. There's usually a vidya thread on /t/ and this doc collates everything people post. Most recent versions are toward the bottom.

Literally how? I really don't think you guys have grinded as much as you're complaining about having done. How much have you actually played? cause full sets, especially shit like sigons, can be easily found in a single normal-hell playthrough.

Why in gods name do all mod makers suck so fucking hard at making early game enticing? Like do they do it on purpose to try to convince people to stop playing? It's so fucking retarded.

Decade+ spent playing the game+forums.

Every monster has a set min and max number of drop slots, and a chance to roll a "no drop" for every slot.

The player setting decreases the odds for no-drop.

From the wiki:

>Bosses: "nodrop" will be reduced to zero for 5 unpartied players or 3 near players in the same party. In Single Player the difference between the drops for 3 player setting and 5 player setting is only marginal though.

From the forums:

>Mephisto, Diablo and Baal:
>at \players 1, nodrop = 15/80
>at \players 3, nodrop = 2/67
>at \players 5, nodrop = 0.

Pindleskin is a exception as he will always drop the max number of items. Increasing player setting will only change his minion drops and they aren't worth the extra time.
