This is the best I got it looking at 1280x720, 70% res scale low GI. It tends to hover around 35-42 FPS
I didn't shut off any background processes or anything though. The lower resolutions at a higher scale would make more sense, but my monitor is widescreen and that drives me fuckin nuts.
