It’s hard to determine if you played them as a kid. All my favorites from childhood consistently blow me away so much so that I wanted to make sure I didn’t have a bias towards them. Hell, I had to sit down with a friend of mine and show him the SF6 trailer to confirm it was as boring as I thought it looked and that I wasn’t just being jaded.
thankfully him and his wife both thought it looked slow and boring, and the later actually thought it looked like a worse version of Tekken 7.

I need a better template to start a new cover. Considering submitting a pre-patched Genesis Super Street Fighter 2 with the Pyron's Color improvement and Stef's Sound driver for an Aliexpress 16-bit card, and I'm trying to photoshop up its label/cover. I prefer the early Genesis black grid over the ugly red of later Genesis releases. Trying to find good high-quality scans to create the cover, and I'm looking for accurate vector art for the Genesis and Sega logos.

Very cool OP. I was thinking of getting a 16-bit cartridge from AliExpress with the Pyron's Color patch and Stef's Sound driver patch pre-installed for the Genesis Super Street Fighter 2. I've made this WIP mockup as the rating, UPC, logos, etc. are just stand-ins at this time but would like your higher quality logos and grid you used.

I recently got Super Street Fighter 2 for the Genesis cart only. It seems odd to me that people would take the game and throw away the plastic cases for Genesis games, while it may be understandable for just cardboard. Anyway, I figure I can get one of those cheap Sega Classics Tommy Lasorda Baseball cases no one ever buys and just print up my own cover for Super Street Fighter 2. Now the original default cover of the US version, is ugly in my opinion, so since it is only for my collection, why not print out a better one. So here is a rough concept I quickly threw together.

I am requesting Super Street Fighter 2 art (note on the Genesis it was just regular SSF2, not Turbo/X). So uh, official SSF2 art thread? Or go ahead for custom Genesis cover art thread?
