Loadsa updates since last time.

>Fixed being unable to kick corpses
>Slightly overhauled the way the player can kick/explode smaller corpses
>Added a bit of variance with the Rifle's muzzle flashes
>Revised the Rifle's firing sound to be a little more percussive
>Commandos tweaked to be a little less irritating to the ear
>Muzzle lighting effects tweaked for some variance
>Fixed potential glitch with meatshields where the second shot goes back to the rifle animation
>Fixed Lost Souls lacking a death sound
>Fixed Imp fireballs not making an impact sound when hitting the player
>Fixed accidentally killing Captured Marines when punching/kicking them with Berserk
>Buffed Plasma Gun secondary's damage
>Reduced Plasma Gun secondary's ammo cost to 10
>Added De-charge feature to Plasma Gun
>Tweaked the way the Minigun alerts enemies
>Arachnotron XDeath explosions have a muffled boom instead of silence
>Cell and Cell Pack pickup sounds have been differentiated a bit
>Removed self damage when kicking severed heads around

Got some more updates to BDSE:

>Fixed self-damage bug when kicking heads while being too close and Berserking
>Changed Cyberdemon and Mastermind roar sounds to be more menacing
>Revised BFG secondary fire sound and fire rate
>Tweaked Chainsaw's sound levels to be less irritating
>Changed Assault Rifle's secondary mode to three round burst instead of semi-auto
>Added brightmap for the Revenant weapon's NO TARGET indicator for the primary fire mode
>Revenant weapon's primary fire now properly homes in on enemies when a valid target is in view
>Fixed being unable to grab dying guys as meatshields
>Fixed self-damage bug when kicking heads while being too close and Berserking
>Spider Masterminds can now infight with other Masterminds just like in vanilla Doom

Repoastan BDSE. After playing a few wads with it, I'm noticing a major overabundance of bullets and shells. Playing with it now, it's not as nuts, but I don't know. I don't want to make anything too scarce.

>Reduced bullet box amount to 80 instead of 100
>Sergeants have 50% chance to drop nothing
>Loose shell and bullet box item sprites messed with

Not much of note lately, just some slight balance changes.

>Shotgun and SSG spread widened a little bit
>Slightly reduced the drop rate of Demon Runes
>Changed all fire based lighting to flicker effect instead of pulse
>Messed with RL and Minigun item sprites to more closely resemble what you hold

>Appropriated the dynamic lighting effects from v.19 test
>Tweaked the player's gunfire light so it's a bit in front of you instead of where you're standing
>Tweaked sounds for the Rifle, Shotgun, and Minigun pickup/ready
>Added different armor pickup sounds
>Commandos are hopefully a little less ear-rapey with their attack sounds toned down slightly
>Mancubi have their own idle sound
>Spider bosses have their own attack sound
>Changed the main menu dim effect to darken the scene instead of the default yellow

This will probably be the last update for BDSE v.18. Went over every weapon sound again and did even more tweaking here and there. Pretty pleased with how it is now.

I'm particularly pleased with the berserk powered thunder hammer sounds. Basically took a sample of a generic lightning strike and tinkered the hell out of it. I might share this with the ZDoom project thread if I get the balls to.
