The game itself is fine. Emulating it is the best way to go. There are just a couple problems surrounding it.

1. Getting a cart is stupid expensive, which is why I mentioned emulating it.

2. The game slows to a crawl when doing two player co-op.

Other than that, it is a pretty unique game that is worth playing. If it was released anywhere else besides the U.S., it might have been more popular.

There are so many good GB/GBC games, more if you go grab some ones that only came out in Japan. I will try to post some less obvious ones:

1. Bionic Commando. It is based off the NES game but they put a different futuristic spin on it. Pic related.

2. Casltevania II: Belmont's Revenge. The only Castlevania game worth playing on the GB.

3. Makaimura Gaiden: The Demon Darkness. Going to have to import this one, because it is only available in Japan. It is the NES game (Gargoyle's Quest II) as well, but has some extra stages.
