Sounds better to me. It was dumb and over powered in D1 and it's dumb and overpowered in D2. Either give every character a fast movement skill on par with it, which removes the entire point of the skill....or just remove the damn thing entirely.

Everything else that's "OP" in the game I can see debate for in some way, TP is just retarded with how necessary it is.
