It's a easily available console. It was produced in Hueland until 2003, and I believe it was manufactured in Russia until around the same time too. Pic not related, as it seems to be a bad clone.

This is a brazilian collector. This guy's videos are funny but also rub me in the wrong way.
Maybe are the favelas on the background and this "BR and proud" attitude. This guy isn't miserable poor, but still talks and writes as a favela monkey.
