Breakers Revenge is fantastic. It basically mimics SFII, like so many other games did at the time, but it did it to such an extent that they actually incurred the wrath of Capcom.

It's really, really fun though. It feels like everything chains and it's super easy to just mash out cool combos and stuff. This type of fighter is fantastic at parties.
