>am definitely prime commander material
>first mission
>kill 7 or 8 sectoids, capture 2 of them, missed a single shot
>'hey this isn't that hard, maybe dad was bad'
>second mission
>goes fairly well, whatever sectoids I don't get with the rifle get a rocket to the face
>make it to the ufo, 2 floaters inside
>can't hit 'em
>rocket rookie dies first
>they wipe half my squad
>panicc
>the rest are wounded or run away
>mission aborted
>'alright, shit happens'
>third mission
>squad doesn't even make it out of the skyranger

I stopped playing this game the moment Gustave died. They literally spent 20 hours developing his character just to have him killed off in the worst way possible, i kept hoping he would just show up later and surprise everyone with an even bigger steel sword but nah, he just died fighting some monsters you could one shot with every character at that point in the game. It really pissed me off.
