Anyone ever see these?

I can't find any info about them online, this is the only photo I can find of them, I have 2 that I got at a yard sale. They say they are made by Rhino or whatever, but on the back it says Asciiware. They have turbo switches, 1st position is normal, 2nd position is hold down for turbo, 3rd position is turbo autofire.

Also it has a switch on the back of the controller that when slid one way, it will slow the game down to help you play/cheat at fast paced games.

I also have a controller called Quickshot for SNES, it's like a really cheap knockoff controller with no extra features, crappy loose buttons, and to make it seem smug as fuck it says on it " *** FOR PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS *** "
