That is a very good question. There's definitely some people in /vr/ who are retarded and refuse to play any game unless it's old enough to legally fuck.
Personally, I love touhou, imo it's one of the best, if not THE best series of Shooters ever. (4 5 and 8 are my favorites)
The controls are really tight, with bright, colorful, graphics and characters. It's also much more beatable than people initially think (albiet still really hard). Personally, I think IN and MS are like the incarnation of a shooter done right.
