Yes! Thanks buddy, never even though to check things since I've never used UDMF like this before. Worked this out right before I go to bed, too.

I removed the second \DoomRPG\ from the 'DoomRPG Folder Location' and suddenly it works!

Thanks to everyone who helped me out.

Thanks brostronaught!

You extracted them straight from the WAD? I see, I remember seeing aaaages back on the Zdoom forums (i think in "resources" somewhere) which would be important for crediting.

Thanks again for the effort though.

I much prefer the music of doom 1 over 2.

Since my map would want to import a song, how do I go about making it as small filesize wise as possible?

As a rule if the music is bigger than the maps, it's a no.

I don't think so, but probably i can learn how to make weapons and then make one, and make the enemies burn when they die

My first experience with DOOM was also the 360 version, as I grew up with Duke Nukem 3D when I was a kid. For being on a console, I would say it's one of the better ports of the game, though I'm kind of picky about the music now. Since there's no vertical axis to worry about, I also thought it was really comfortable with two analog sticks. I absolutely loved it my first time through, and I was really disappointed that no one was playing on Live by the time I got it.

I now play on PC, Steam copies set up with source ports and a separate folder for Doomseeker, and I always enjoy playing the base games or PWADS from the DOOM Megapack in the OP (which you should really grab) every night before I go to sleep. I guess the point is that the 360 version is a good starting point if you're on console, and it's always nice to see someone discovering and enjoying DOOM for the first time.

Welcome to Hell!
