Hey I just started playing simcity 4 again after not playing since I was a kid. I can't figure out how to get the really massive skyscrapers to appear. I thought it had something to do with having multiple cities but it's not happening for me. Not sure why but I think this game is still better than Cities: Skylines as a game and simulation.
