I'm torn between 1 and 2. I played the shit out of 2 before I even got the first one and 2 has a hell of a lot of improvements, like not needing to select talk from the menu. My god. But it's also got much cooler oddball characters. In 2, ALL your mages are elves. In 1, you had Domingo, whatever the fuck he was and Alef. That and Gerhalt was no Zylo.

Zylo was a badass in 1 and I stuck with him. Dawn and Shade from CD were sweet and I stuck with them. And Master Monk Sarah kicked all manner of ass in 2.

>favorite music?
Circus theme. Even if the Marionette did push my shit all the way in.

>best girl?
Probably May. Blonde horse girl with a ponytail? Sign me up! Honourable mention to Sarah.
