The miniature train is based on the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway's "Northern Rock", shown in pic related.

The vertical coaster is obviously based on Alton Towers' "Oblivion", built by Bolliger & Mabillard, as it was the only coaster of that type to exist when RCT1 was released.

The steel/looping coaster is based on Anton Schwarzkopf's steel coasters.
