Thirty-Year-Old Boomer went from a self-deprecating joke to a bitter badge of honor, it became less about the games and more about who was the trve kvlt-iest of the retro gamers. I don't know anymore, I came here to read, talk about old games and escape the politics crap from elsewhere, but /vr/ has just devolved into the same seven or eight threads of console wars and "my childhood was better than yours" repeated ad nauseam. Maybe it was always like that, and I just saw a glimmer of potential that hooked me in early. Any more I'm just sticking around for the Doom and occasional "comfy" threads, everything else just tries to drag you down.

I still had fun. For some reason, when I get my butt handed to me in deathmatch I can't get mad, I was just happy to get a handful of frags. Chat spam was tiresome, though.

I'm emulating crash2 on mednafen and the game always crashes in the same level (night fight), after the bonus.
Is there a way to unfuck it playing with the emulator settings? Do I have to try a different rom? Will I lose my save if I use another rom?
Also same questions but with another emulator.
Fuck this shit I want to 100% the game.

I was poor growing up and videos games are expensive where i live, so i've been emulating since day one, and pirating for the few consoles i've had. Nowadays i keep doing it out of habit, even though i actually dislike the idea of emulating and i wish i could collect.

Someone needs to pass a law saying that you aren't allowed to use the internet unless you're browsing it on an operating system you installed yourself without a graphical interface. Or something like that. There are too many idiots allowed here now.

Crash Warped, Crash team racing, Gran turismo 2, Pac man world, The spyro collection, Toy story racer from my works garbage compactor that was about to be used to crush them and added them to my collection of ps1 games
