I asked this a few threads ago, but I was incredibly vague and maybe with pictures I can expand on what I meant.
My audio, even when turned down very low on the slider, is BLARING loud. I have my GameCube hooked up with my Gameboy Player and was trying to play Golden Sun but the audio is so obnoxiously loud that I'm not even going to bother. It's somewhat quieter when I play my SNES for example, but not by much; still bothersome. I thought it was could be my SCART switcher (for some reason) but I've tried two different ones now and can confirm that's not the issue.

It could probably be several different issues causing this, the speakers, my hookups, the TV, or maybe even just retro consoles in general doing this but I don't know, I'd really like to fix this because I am kinda getting annoyed at this point. It seems like the sounds should be quieter and it's frustrating because I don't know what and how I can get it to be.
The cord in the picture is the one I use to hook up to the TV and for my speakers. It has a audio breakout cables so maybe that could be another possible issue (?)

Also, pls go easy on me. Kinda a dunce when it comes to this shit.
