I don't remember what "IrisMidi" is or why it has its own separate category folders like Anime or Game inside it.
S.C.U.G is "Sound Canvas User's Group" I think.
The contents of TEMP seems to be something I pulled out of a game myself (With You) but the text file says "Cut down to normal listening size." and I don't even recall knowing how to do that; must have used some MIDI editor.
With You actually had specific SC-88 (not Pro) MIDI data as an option, might have been the only game I had that was SC-88 rather than just GM or GS/SC-55. (I think maybe the Windows ports of Ys had an SC-88 option?)

Some of the files have WRD files intended for programs that understand them for karaoke-like display, like the Japanese program TMIDI (there seems to be a more recent program called TMIDI that's unrelated)
