How do I fix these geometry issues? Top half of the screen is slightly shifted to the left and the very top is all fucked up. The service menu isn't helping.
It's a Toshiba 30hf84.

So other than messing around with the capacitors, how can I fix pic related?
The top half of the screen is shifted slightly to the left right above where it says shuffle and the top part is all fucked up.
The service menu didn't help for this.

How do I fix the top? S-Corr hasn't helped with it.

Also the entire top half of my screen is shifted ever so slightly to the left. How do I fix it? Serivce menu didn't halp with that either.
