based. loved 10, but 9 I'm pretty meh on.

Awesome game. Simple clean gameplay. Short and sweet. The bread and butter dungeons + world map shit is my jam.

Great. Fun story, fun characters, fun gameplay, cool materia shit. Classic.

Wonky. Really like the story. Junction isn't bad and takes some getting used too. Fun to experiment with after you get the hang of it. I think if I replay it I'd enjoy it more now that I know how too. A handful of the characters are fun. A lot of bad ones though.

Liked it. Story is weird, but I think that's what you want in Final Fantasy. Characters aren't bad. Combat is fun. The enemies have really obvious weaknesses and you can change out your characters in combat to otk them like changing out to Rikku to one shot machine type enemies with her steal or breaking physical shields before pounding enemies with Auron or using Wakka for enemies with high evasion. Sphere leveling system isn't bad. Kinda silly though. The puzzle dungeons are kind of lame and the game is linear with no world map, but I think the story makes up for it. Also, Lulu is a babe.

PSA: Blitzball wasn't my jam. I beat the game without playing blitzball... there's 2 mandatory games but you can take the loss and leave the game sitting there until its over. I just mention this because this is what stopped me from giving it a short earlier.

Anyways that's all I've completed so far. I like them, but I think I prefer more vanilla ff1 style RPGs with job systems overall... because I'm boring and vanilla, but I still plan to play through the other numbered titles though.
