Pokemon Snap, Pokemon Puzzle League.
Lego Racers is great, so is Vigilante 8. Battletanx is fucking rad, you should play it.

Give Vigilante 8 a try, it's like Twisted Metal with the edge replaced by 70's oil-crisis aesthetic and disco.
Poke'mon Puzzle League is good too, if you're into Tetris-like games. Don't overlook it just because of the license, it's basically Tetris Attack with Pikachu.
Star Wars Pod Racer is fun, so is Lego Racers if you want a kart game that isn't Kart, plus you can build your own cars so that's a draw.
If you haven't played Mario Party, get four controllers and some friends over, I promise you will all have a good time. Mario Party 2 nights are a regular occurrence when weekend-drinking with my friends.
