Found mint condition copies of Legend of Mana and Final Fantasy Tactics for 5 dollars each at a local thrift store. 2 dollar Spyro the Dragon at a Goodwill. 9 dollar mint copy of Kartia: The Word of Fate and 2 dollar, but no case, Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen.

being considered about attack range, AoE, and movement makes the battles more interesting than just pressing "attack" like in final fantasy 1

Concentrate can cover the evasion aspect (since you're rocking Eq. Spear), and caps at 16 WP via slasher versus the 18 effective WP of oberisk. Ninja's PA is usually higher than their SP, too.

It's better, sure, but I don't think it's worth the loss of utility that a secondary slot usually provides.
