I've been wanting to play through this game again but I don't want to spend time on this game and have the game data randomly erased. I was wondering if there was any way to prevent the saved data glitch or if there's any way to indicate which copies of the game have the glitch and which don't.

Seriously though this is such a fun game. Surprisingly in depth fighting (wrasslin') system. Pretty decent blocky graphics. A ton of match modes. Storylines for every weight class / gender. Replayability factor off the charts.

Just all around fun.

All of the N64 wrestling games put out by AKI.

A lot of times you could just slam your way to victory in like three minutes and with a single finishing move, but occasionally it would go "Not today, motherfucker" and make you work for it. Reversing your shit, kicking out of your finishing move and just bringing it.
