i think i beat MORE titles due to the battery life
since getting the pocket, i got heavy into systems
that i wouldn't normally be playing on my nightshift
(due to them not having a backlight,
and my autistic refusal to 'ruin' the screen with ips)

wonderswan, pc engine cd, openfpga is stacked
your posts kinda remind me of the guys in the MiSTer threads
there is always some guy who is completely wrong saying the pi3b+ is just as good

has a godtier screen and good form-factor
PLUS IT SUPPORTS REAL CARTS

i use the analogue pocket the most,
along with my launch-style 3ds & dsi
i am enjoying all the shmups i missed on genesis\snes and pc engine
trying to play through metal slug 7
its not as bad as people say, but the background graphics are kinda lame
also currently doing a shiny eevee run through crystal version
i had some downtime at work between production seasons & was hatching eggs daily on my lunch finally got my shiny last december

screen runs hot after about 50 mins at max brightness
the L\R are kinda small
but i still shredded the shitty gba mariokart with golds on everything at 150cc
for rpg\simple shmups its wonderful
my current favorites are neogeo and pcenginecd

some cores are still undercooked and dont support save-states yet but most of them are getting there

i bought the pocket for cart support and ONLY this, so anything else imo is just a bonus
(cps1\2, neogeo, arcade ports, genesis, snes, etc)
