I just needed to Q-tip the AV cable, working 100% now, just need to organize my room and optimze the settings on my CRT, the box goes up to 1600x1200 as well, or I could do 16:9 and live with black bars

now I just need to test if the duke controller actually fixes the freezing issues in the game

If I had listened to you people I wouldn't have a working set up, never stop believing

Add this adapter to the OP for future threads, it worked for me anyways, image quality seems good enough

It doesn't have an AC adapter however
