And it's fixed! I noticed you were building a sticky, so I'll explain what happened.

After making sure the plugs were secure I still had the issue with the screen "flashing". I noticed below the RGB inputs on the back of the PVM there was a small dial labelled "V Hold", after adjusting this a bit the image stabilized and it's looking amazing now!

I already want to go out and buy a larger one, the thought of a 14" or a 20" PVM is making me salivate. Thanks for your assistance, /crt/!
