I feel as though including non-Gamecube exclusive games in your top 5 list detracts from the fecundity of the GameCube's ample bosom -- that is to say, it's rich library of kino games.
Here is my top 5:
Need for Speed: Underground
Need for Speed: Most Wanted
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2
Need for Speed: Carbon
and of course, Chibi-Robo
