Well actually as his name quite openly says, he's biomechanical, so he's not "all muscle" as you like to erroneously propose. I'd say he's at least 27.6% metal and other non-biological machine components. What we'd have to wager here it's if his gluteus are fully biological or somehow enhanced by other machinery. I don't think such superb tush fitness can be achieved by sheer hard work on part of the cyberdemon alone, truly this must be the work of either a) science or b) demon magic. If the proposition a) is correct, it would have to be genetically enhanced buttocks by artificially breeding countless generations of cyberdemons and picking out the subjects with the best heinies. The Doom II manual of the PC version describes the monster in the following way:" A missile-launching skyscraper with goat legs. 'Nuff said". Which brings some problems, as we can't fully understand if the posterior is or not part of the goat legs, but the implication that a goat is a fitting proto-specimen to attain the perfect derriere, is somehow disturbing to most of us non-Welsh people. Still in proposition a) and assuming that the posterior isn't fully biological, we can't fully disregard the idea of internal ass thrusters that dynamically support his fanny for maximum tush output.
