Lufia 2 is an amazing game with tons of charm, great music, fun puzzles, and is overall a fantastic game. one of the best jrpgs on the snes.

skip Lufia 1 unless you are a masochist.

a great game for sure. it does basically everything right with few to no flaws, and has great pacing, but does not excel in any area other than music. the cast is pretty flat and really has no chemistry or growth. And the character with the most depth doesn't even have it expanded on during the main plotline.

CT is an 8/10 game.

as far as games with the same pacing, simplicity, era and overall style go, Lufia 2 is a better example.
