Graf is a big gay for not letting me set pain chances properly with ZScript, but my autistic programming workaround powers outrank his utter homosexuality so now you can counter-punch/counter-hit demons in the dev version of Babel with 100% guarantee of causing a flinch if you do it right, skill notwithstanding. Note that this only works on their bite frames, nothing else.
I'm not entirely sure I'm going to put this in, since it does seem a bit busted, but if I do it'll be with a nerf to the chainsaw on Demons specifically. It'll still lock Spectres in place and counters will work on Spectres, but I'll nerf its overall chance on Demons since the only reason it was so high to begin with was to avoid instakilling the player when they got locked into a "chainsaw the demons lol" scenario in a map, which this also fixes and fixes better than the old fix.
