If you're using a couch set up where you sit at least 3 feet away from your TV, replacing it with a 13"er may not be the best idea. These sets really shine up close and personal, so whether you're using composite, svideo, or RGB won't matter because you'll have a hard time seeing it. I'd stick with a 24" consumer set over a 13" pvm any day.They're optimal for desk set ups so if it's feasible for you to be within close range of your monitor, spring on it if you can afford it.
