Just did a dozen or so Countess runs before calling it a day.
Nothing special when it came to rune drops, but several champion mobs along the way were on a generous mood today, dropping Blackhorn's Face, Goldwrap (already had several of both, though), and a Wizardspike (my second one). The staff and amulet were pretty good rares.
