Would Douglas Adams have made a follow-up to "Starship Titanic" had he lived? I always get The Sads when I think about that game. It was so late-90s: A CGI-rendered, 1st-person adventure with FMV drenched in early Internet aesthetics. DA was such an Internet optimist (that the Internet would "solve everything") that I can't help but wonder what he'd be thinking about society & the Internet in general if he could see it today.

Finally got around to playing quake 2 for the first time and I'm wondering what the explanation is for the serious downgrade in the single player from doom/quake?
I don't enjoy it much at all compared to its contemporaries though I will say it's obviously a technical marvel.
