What are some mods/patches that work with PRBoom+ ?

Right now I'm using DoomSFX and the SpriteFix project. They work well. Also I just recently discovered that PRB allows you to draw little health bars on top of enemies and also draw a projected crosshair on enemies. I just wish you could give it a specific scale size to use, instead of having to choose between "extremely small dot" and "very large awkward dot"
