While I'm still hunting for a good CRT with YPbPr or RGB input, my CSY-2100 RGB to YPbPr converter and SCART cables for SNES and Playstation finally came in. Tested them out on my 46" Samsung LCD and, after adjusting the variable resistors in the converter, the results look absolutely gorgeous for LCD. Hopefully I'll be able to get a CRT for this thing soon and test it out properly.
