Yeah HUD's fucked but otherwise it doesn't look weird. Is your actual screen 640x480 or an integer multiple of that? If it isn't it's gonna look weird and uneven when the picture is stretched over the screen due to uneven pixel scaling. I guess you could activate linear filtering but then it's gonna blur things a bit.
