A bit hard to say, since they've already done a lot of Jaleco games, and it's unclear which ones would be classified as a "masterpiece" in Japan. The wording implies it's either a very well made game or it is highly regarded and nothing really jumps out. Also note that Mobygames is not complete.

Operation Logic Bomb would be my guess.
