4 was almost entirely sci-fi, and 5 was heavily sci-fi as well. 3, and the remake of 1, were the only later games that stuck heavily to the western theme.

Oh and Wild Arms, 2 especially if you like power armor. Pretty unique western setting for a JRPG. Although 4 and 5 get more sci-fi than western.

I admit I haven't played it, but from what I've heard Wild Arms 2 is just that. Of course that's not counting tie-ins and stuff that's more of the sentai shade of tokusatsu.
