Economy is king in this game. The top 3 are the best economic factions. The rest have something holding back their economic game. Hive is still good because of other good bonuses. Deirdre is fun to use but her economic game is gimped because she can't use FM, so she's not as good as the above 4 when all are played optimally. The bottom 2 are pretty much universally considered the weakest factions.

is it all random or do you have control on how each character develops?
I enjoy games like final fantasy tactics because of the amount of character customization.

You know, I liked the first 10 threads about "Megaman A is a masterpiece, Megaman B is utter unplayable shit" ("A" and "B" being two very similar, good games). Now I realize this is a kind of thread that happens 2 or 3 times each day in /vr/, and sadly, every Mega Man thread turns into this (even the ones that aren't supposed to, like, "Mega Man music appreciation thread")
