Off the top of my head the only 5th gen wipeout to run at 60fps is wipeout 3 special edition. I play ballisticNG at 120fps at man does it ever need it.

Also: fuck helios ascent and fuck metro.

I'll cheat and give you a webm of BallisticNG (its on steam) but the game straight up has graphical options to look exactly as if it was built on PS1 - wobbly textures and all. I prefer not to use them but its a cool feature. This is a lot harder than it looks.
