Pistol-starting is one of the baby-steps you take on the way to learning to do full-episode runs

Reeeeeeeeeeeee stop giving bad advice to people because this CRT isn't the best for playing your stupid SNES games.

100hz TVs are good for things such as... watching videos and playing games in 100hz! Which is still /vr/ because 3d games can easily be made to run at the frame rate.

If I want to throw a beanbag into my spare room and make it a comfy little gaming room what's the easiest way to do it while having a fair amount of quality? Hook my PC up to a monitor and emulate? Or find an old crt and a console? Mostly looking at SNES, PSX, and GC. I already have a decent library for the GC, but the console is broken.
