Hello, need help with pvm trouble shooting:

I have a PVM-1442Q and just bought a used super famicom both off yahoo auction here in Japan. I am having this trouble that i don't know what the exact issue is. the image shows up for only a second and then goes to this flickered state: if someone could please help me to understand whats wrong:

I have a PS2 with the SCART21 RGB cable that works fine ( evidence:https://streamable.com/3bucwf)) just this new SFC and the SCART cable I bought, for some reason the image nor sound seem to be working
