That's just Shiki Satoshi-sensei's art. He illustrated the Shadowrun RPG manual covers in Japan. He goes by a different name for catgirl Hermione giving a teacher a BJ. It is a very attention grabbing style that is hard to mistake for someone else's style in those days.

The US one was a clearance bin find that I remembered looked cool in a Gamefan magazine preview plus I didn't have many CD games for the X'eye. Ended out liking the game so much that when I saw the Japanese MegaCD version for really cheap, I had to get it too. That's why I recommended it as a hidden gem to OP since no one ever mentions the game and it was discarded yet pretty good.

Some cool UK developers really showed a lot of love for Sega which I truly appreciate. From Bizarre Creations, Core Design, and Traveller's Tales (I thought Lobotomy Software was also from there, but they're not) they all managed to push Sega home console hardware and be some good games that cater to my tastes too. They all just seemed to move onto their next projects instead of hanging with what was already done, and with newer hardware like the 3DO they probably wanted to explore new gameplay and effects.

I have not finished it yet, but there are a few that I like which were kickstarted on PC. I haven't played most of the games in this series, as there was also one on the 360 too, but I've been wanting the Shadowrun books with the covers illustrated by Shiki Satoshi. I was kind of hoping the Cyberpunk game was more RPG like the Shadowrun games.

Shadowrun had some time there probably thanks to one of my favorite artists at the time. Maybe Bejeweled for inspiring Puzzle and Dragons which is pretty huge. Lately I see Minecraft having a huge influence everywhere.

I am more than certain that is the art from one of my favorite doujin artists, who's non-porn pen name is Shiki Satoshi. It was only a hunch back with the MegaCD game, but seeing those images it is undeniably his style.

I swear the cover is early Shiki Satoshi art. I loved Riot of the World, Kamikaze, and his H-doujins. It seems to be uncredited. A shame, I remember his work from the early 90s and I think it is a very cool 90s style that didn't seem to catch on.
