NTA but the Anbernic Arc-D/S which has a copy Mega Drive 6B controller styled d-pad, but it's underpowered and expensive for what it is.
Otherwise the current Retroid Pocket line (3/+, 2S and 4/Pro) that essentially apes the PS Vita d-pad.
