You got a psychosis. The definition of the word "retro" is not "2D not 3D". Retro videogames just means old videogames. No matter if they're 2D or 3D.
The ability to render 3D graphics just come with increased horsepower.
And your definition only works if you ignore all the 3D games before 1994 to make your dumb legit mentally ill point even remotely work.
I guess no videogame is retro unless it's tennis on a cathode ray.
